For conferences, associations, and leadership teams, I also teach the human layer skills directly, how to prevent scope creep, earn genuine buy-in, navigate conflict, and build the kind of relationships that make hard work actually possible.

I spent 15 years in high-stakes live event production, 10+ of them at ESPN, working productions like the FIFA World Cup, UEFA Euros, and Emmy Award-winning College GameDay.
After ESPN, I managed the event portfolio for a major healthcare foundation, including a community event that had been an institution for over 50 years with a completely fractured board relationship that had been building for decades. I rebuilt it.
In every role I have ever had, the same thing happened: when an organization was under pressure and the people dynamics started fracturing, it fell to me. Not because it was my job title, but because the stakes were too high to get it wrong and I was the person who could hold it.
That pattern is what I do now, deliberately and by design. I work with organizations as a consultant, workshop facilitator, and speaker on the human dynamics underneath change, conflict, and the work that depends on people actually moving together.
